DARKNESS DREAMING

A THREE-WEEK DESCENT

"You darkness, that I came from,

I love you more than all the fires that fence in the world..."

— Rainer Maria Rilke

Caves were the first temples. And the darkness within them was the altar—the ground of unknowing from which vision was born. To enter such darkness was once a sacred act, a descent into the hidden strata of the world and the self. Our earliest ancestors sought the dark as seekers today pursue the light.

What shifted in the human imagination when we moved from worshipping below ground to above it?  When devotion rose from the belly of the earth to the sky—when we began to build upward, leaving behind the raw intimacy of the underworld for the grandeur of cathedrals and mosques?

This course invites a re-encounter with Darkness as an ancient ally: a fertile, compassionate, and illuminating presence that gestates transformation. Across three weeks, we will listen for its teachings through myth, archetype, and embodied practice—allowing the dark to reveal what lies beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation, and inherited belief.

As St. John of the Cross wrote, “If a person wishes to be sure of the road they tread upon, they must close their eyes and walk in the dark.”

Open to all genders.

In a while it will be night, but nothing
Here seems to believe the relief of darkness.

You are in this time of the interim
Where everything seems withheld.

The path you took to get here has washed out;
The way forward is still concealed from you.

“The old is not old enough to have died away;
The new is still too young to be born.”

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Gabriela is a very gifted teacher. Her capacity to hold space for self-discovery and healing is profound. She has both an incredibly nurturing presence, and a graceful way of applying an incredibly ancient tradition in an extremely vital and relevant way. I highly recommend her work!

I cannot tell you how excited I have been for this class!  I haven’t been able to go to sleep until like 4 am for the past week. I think the Darkness was already beckoning me.  And today when you were talking I literally felt giddy about the spirit of Darkness.  I think I fell in deep love during the Shamanic Journey today.  I have such a deep love, respect, and belonging feeling connected to the spirit of Darkness.  I absolutely will need more than 3 weeks of her magic.

Thank you so much for offering this work. You are a gorgeous light!

This is the second course I enjoy from Gabriela (I also did Seership) and the most audible words from her I'm left with are: "There is no right or wrong way of doing this".

To walk in grace and less biases. To drop into the body without the pressure to be, but the curiosity to feel.  Because ultimately, apart from the wonderful methods she shares, she has taught me to trust myself in the dark, with all the discomfort and expansion that comes with it.

Gracias por compartir tu sabiduría y gracia, Gabriela.

With a desire to look, treasure is always present within darkness. Gabriela's training gave me the space and guidance to synchronise with that and  harvest awareness, understanding and joy. For that, I am eternally grateful.

This course is filled with mysteries of the unknown. We discovered Darkness as a spirit, and learned more about our True Self. If you choose to do this course, you will not only be healing yourself, but the planet as well.
