Hard times require furious dancing.

The world has changed: it did not change without your prayers without your faith without your determination to believe in liberation and kindness; without your dancing through the years that had no beat.

— Alice Walker

Movement can be one of the greatest sources of support, healing and transformation. Once a month, on every New Moon, we seek to return to the body in a 90 minute guided movement meditation that draws on experiential embodiment practice and the exploration of altered states through dance.

Open to anyone who identifies as a woman or with the inner womb space.

I have had the blessing and great privilege of being held in Gabriela's spaces for over a year now. To put it simply, stepping into this opening of knowledge, embodiment and integration has changed my life and greatly supported my journey of deep, real healing. The embodiment ceremonies have given me the space, time and compassionate inquiry to drop into real presence after a lifetime of numbing out, disassociating and struggling with body shame. I always used to "dance" and "move" in my 20s, but not like this.

I'll never forget my first embodiment session - I felt myself cracking open in a way that I have unknowingly longed for my entire adult life. Gabriela holds down the fort with wild compassion and sweet, nurturing grace. She sees you and is a witness to your humanity. This means everything is welcome. All of you is welcome. And for those of us who have survived by self-abandonment and exiling parts of ourselves, this is a revelation within a deeply profound spiritual space, where your gifts can blossom and flourish.

Gabriela I want to say thank you for being such an incredible healer and teacher. I’ve been feeling soooo exhausted from all the noise on instagram and the world and disheartened by all the spiritual commodification on social media and in the coaching healing space and today being in your container so grounded in TRUTH felt like the best medicine and best remembrance. I am so grateful for how you have influenced me on my journey. So grateful to have gotten to meet you (probably again ) in this lifetime.

These events have been such a beautiful, safe space to explore the depths of my own psyche, while guided gently by Gabriela's own insight.  It's also a great way to meet other people along the same journey, sisters to share and grow with.  I can't recommend it enough!

Thank you - that was so beautiful. I felt so safe and held and led through supportive ebbs and flows of imaginal tides.

Wow! Gabriela, that was such a powerful New Moon dance for me! Thank you so much for crafting and holding such a potent container. I felt as though I was dancing patriarchy right out of me - expelling and releasing so many layers of conditioning and trauma-patterning - re-inhabiting my body in such an intimate way. “Soft and strong” indeed!
