Heart Meditation
A 20-minute guided practice to gently descend from the mind in the head into the mind of the heart. Across many spiritual traditions, the heart has been honoured as the true spiritual centre—a place of deeper intelligence, gnosis, and inner knowing.
This meditation may be used as a daily practice, especially in the morning, to cultivate presence and clarity for the day ahead. I often suggest committing to one practice for a set period—such as a fortnight, a lunar cycle, or a full season—so its wisdom has time to take root.
Soundscapes for Altered States
A collection of live sound journeys recorded with traditional instruments—such as frame drum, shruti box, and chimes—crafted to support the praxis of altered states. These recordings can be used to accompany ritual, meditation, trance, and other consciousness practices.
Each track is designed to guide the listener beyond ordinary awareness, opening space for vision, deep rest, and imaginal exploration. They may be worked with as stand-alone sessions or integrated into your own ritual and creative practice.
